Bali, August 25, 2025 – NeutraDC (PT Telkom Data Ekosistem), a subsidiary of Telkom Group and a leading data center provider in Southeast Asia, successfully hosted the NeutraDC Summit 2025 under the theme “AI Collaboration” in Nusa Dua, Bali. The annual forum drew strong enthusiasm from participants, bringing together industry leaders, regulators, investors, and technology experts from across the Asia Pacific.

Serving as a strategic platform, the summit highlighted the future of artificial intelligence (AI) and reinforced the role of digital infrastructure in driving economic growth across the region.

The event was opened by Seno Soemadji, Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio at Telkom Indonesia, who emphasized the importance of collaboration in building Indonesia’s digital future. “Through NeutraDC Summit, we want to underline that collaboration is the key to shaping Indonesia’s digital future. Only through strategic partnerships can we create a resilient and relevant AI ecosystem,” he said.

Echoing this message, Honesti Basyir, Director of Wholesale & International Service at Telkom Indonesia, stressed the need for cross-border partnerships to strengthen regional AI infrastructure. “Asia Pacific requires stronger connectivity for AI to deliver real impact. Cross-country, cross-industry, and cross-technology collaboration will form the backbone of the region’s AI ecosystem growth,” Honesti noted.

Launching Innovative Products: Neutra Compute & Neutra Connect

One of the summit’s highlights was the launch of two new solutions; Neutra Compute and Neutra Connect, designed to meet the rapidly growing demands of AI infrastructure.

Neutra Compute introduces a GPU-as-a-Service platform, enabling businesses to access high-performance AI computing power instantly without the heavy investment of building infrastructure from scratch. Meanwhile, Neutra Connect enhances the digital ecosystem with faster, more stable, and seamless interconnection services, providing a critical foundation for enterprises focusing on collaboration and digital transformation.

“The launch of Neutra Compute and Neutra Connect is a clear testament to our commitment to go beyond the traditional role of a data center. We aim to position data centers not just as storage facilities, but as engines of innovation — accelerating the AI ecosystem in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia,” said Andreuw Th.A.F., CEO of NeutraDC Group.

Strategic Collaboration: NeutraDC Signs MoU with Sembcorp to Develop Sustainable Data Center Infrastructure

In line with its vision of sustainable growth, NeutraDC also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sembcorp Development, a subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, to jointly develop sustainable data center infrastructure in Southeast Asia.

The partnership combines NeutraDC’s extensive network of 32 data centers across the region with Sembcorp’s expertise in green energy and urban infrastructure solutions. The initial focus will be on developing facilities in Indonesia, Johor, and Singapore, with the long-term goal of delivering globally competitive, low-carbon data centers.

With the strong spirit of collaboration and innovation, NeutraDC Summit 2025 reaffirmed its position as a key strategic event for the regional technology industry. The summit was also supported by leading sponsors, including Huawei Tech Investment, PP Adhi (KSO), and AMD, whose contributions played a vital role in its success.

“NeutraDC Summit is a collective journey. After discussing ‘The Other Side of AI’ last year, this year we took a deeper dive with ‘AI Collaboration’. Next year, we will return with an even bigger summit and more profound discussions,” Andreuw concluded.

As an annual agenda, NeutraDC Summit will continue to serve as a pivotal meeting point for the technology ecosystem. The next edition, NeutraDC Summit 2026, is set to deliver fresh insights and elevate the conversation around AI for the region and beyond.
