Singapore, November 2025 – NeutraDC Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“NeutraDC Singapore”), a subsidiary of PT Telkom Data Ekosistem (NeutraDC) under PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Super Sea Cable Networks Pte. Ltd. (SEAX) to strengthen cross-border digital connectivity infrastructure across Southeast Asia.
The MoU was signed by Sendang Praptomo, CEO of NeutraDC Singapore, and Louis Teng, Group CEO of SEAX Global, and witnessed by Andreuw Th.A.F, CEO of NeutraDC Group, and Mohd Zuri Daud, Chief Technology Officer of SEAX Global, in October 2025.

In Batam, this network will be connected to NeutraDC Nxera Batam, the latest hyperscale data center facility that serves as a key hub in Indonesia’s growing digital ecosystem.
“This collaboration reinforces NeutraDC Singapore’s position as the digital bridge to the regional market, while supporting the growing demand for AI-ready, efficient, and sustainable data center infrastructure,” said Sendang Praptomo, CEO of NeutraDC Singapore.
Adding to this, Louis Teng, Group CEO of SEAX Global, stated, “This partnership is a strategic step toward expanding our reach and strengthening cross-border network resilience. By connecting subsea and terrestrial infrastructure between Singapore, Batam, and Malaysia, we are enabling faster, more reliable connectivity to power the region’s rapidly growing digital ecosystem,”.
He further added, “This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone in building an integrated digital ecosystem across Southeast Asia. By leveraging subsea and terrestrial fiber networks, we aim to support the accelerating growth of AI, cloud computing, and hyperscale data centers across the region.”
NeutraDC, through its operations in Indonesia and Singapore, remains committed to delivering global-standard digital infrastructure that positions Indonesia as a leading digital economy in the region. Meanwhile, SEAX, a Singapore-based provider of subsea and terrestrial connectivity, continues to expand its high-capacity, low-latency network to meet the increasing digital demands across borders.
