NeutraDC Partners with F5, Inc. to Deliver AI-Secure Connectivity Solutions for Indonesia’s Digital Ecosystem

Integrating data center capabilities and AI-driven security to deliver reliable managed services that support digital transformation 

 

Jakarta, 16 March 2026 – NeutraDC (PT Telkom Data Ekosistem), an operating company of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with F5, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) to explore a strategic collaboration in developing AI connectivity solutions in Indonesia. The MoU signing took place as part of the agenda at Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona on Tuesday (3/3). 

Through this collaboration, NeutraDC and F5 will explore the integration of data center infrastructure capabilities with AI-driven security and connectivity technologies to deliver more reliable, secure, and scalable managed services for industries across Indonesia. This initiative is expected to strengthen the foundation of the nation’s digital infrastructure while accelerating digital transformation across various sectors. 

The MoU between NeutraDC and F5 was signed by Andreuw Th.A.F., CEO of NeutraDC, and Chad Whalen, Chief Revenue Officer of F5, and was witnessed by Seno Soemadji, Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio of Telkom. The collaboration represents a strategic step for both parties to integrate NeutraDC’s data center and managed services capabilities with F5’s AI-powered security and application delivery solutions, delivering AI-based connectivity services that are secure, scalable, and future-ready. 

As a national data center service provider with an integrated ecosystem, NeutraDC offers colocation, compute, and connectivity services. Through this collaboration, NeutraDC further enhances the value of its service ecosystem by incorporating advanced application security capabilities and enabling multi-cloud environment management for its customers. 

Andreuw Th.A.F., CEO of NeutraDCstated that the collaboration forms part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its positioning as an AI-ready digital infrastructure provider.

He added that this synergy will enrich NeutraDC’s service portfolio, particularly in supporting enterprise customers adopting hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.

Meanwhile, Seno Soemadji, Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio of Telkom, emphasized that the collaboration reflects TelkomGroup’s commitment to building a globally competitive national digital ecosystem.

Moving forward, the parties will conduct further discussions to develop a structured implementation plan covering technical, operational, commercial, and governance aspects, while upholding Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and compliance with applicable regulations in Indonesia. Through this collaboration, NeutraDC and F5 aim to establish a strong AI connectivity foundation for industries in Indonesia while strengthening the nation’s competitiveness in the era of AI-driven digital transformation. 

The signing took place amid the momentum of Mobile World Congress, a global technology and telecommunications event that brings together leaders of the digital industry to explore trends, innovations, and collaboration opportunities.
